VARIOUS CLIENTS
Cybersecurity Exercises Implementation & Design Coaching

Our clients often come to us with the same challenge: they know exercises are key, but they aren’t sure what format fits, how to tailor it to their context, or how to build the skills to design and run one themselves.

WHAT WE DID

We start with a kick-off workshop to map needs, topics, learning goals and target audience to then curate the right format — from card-based sets exploring response frameworks and roles to fully digitized tabletop exercises tested with local governments, national crisis responders, and cyber diplomats as well as students and pupils.

THE RESULTS

Clients walk away not just with a customized exercise, but also with the confidence and capacity to design and run future trainings themselves (if they want to ;))

"Julia's Policy Exercises workshop has a lasting effect. It was not only fun to go through her exercises. Julia managed to motivate me in a very short time and give me the confidence to develop and implement Policy Exercises as a new format myself. I was also able to get my colleagues excited about this approach afterwards. Thank you very much!"

FROM OUR GUESTBOOK

Maurício Leite Ferreira da Silva
Incidents Analyst, CTIR Gov, Presidency of the Republic of Brazil

“It was a tremendous experience to take the workshop on how to design a TTX Exercise with the instructor Julia Schuetze via the EU Cyber Net training program. It was a time to exercise techniques and good practices for communicating, mitigating, resolving and publicizing a major incident. We are very grateful to you for bringing and sharing your experience with our Brazilian Government Coordination CSIRT.”

“Our collaboration was uncomplicated and creative, with a focus on the needs of local authorities. Using practical examples, Julia impressively demonstrated how local authorities of all sizes can prepare for potential cyberattacks. Julia helped the participants to realize how important it is to be prepared for emergencies and to interact with relevant partners in a coordinated manner. Thank you for this contribution to more cyber security in public administration!”
