NIS2 Roadmap for SMEs and Start-ups
As part of the Industry Platform Cybersecurity in the Electricity Sector, the German Energy Agency (dena) wanted to support eager (and slightly worried) SMEs and start-ups in the energy sector, who knew NIS2 obligations would soon reach them through the supply chain.
WHAT WE DID
Together with our partners int[cube] and the German Informatics Society we shaped a mentoring program with sharp 90-minute topic sessions, built an easy-to-follow Miro flow, and turned it into a roadmap other SMEs can use on their own.
THE RESULTS
SMEs and start-ups left with clarity, practical first steps, and a roadmap they can keep using long after the mentoring sessions.
