ZWST
Risk Management Workshop for Community Leadership

ZWST invited us to run an in-person risk management workshop for community leaders, using a clear step-by-step approach tailored to their institutions.

WHAT WE DID

We co-created realistic scenarios with ZWST and designed printable worksheets that build on the mentoring sessions on risk management and asset management that we made with int[cube] for another project. We then partnered with neoMINT GmbH for expert facilitation and technical review.

THE RESULTS

Leaders left with aligned priorities, concrete next steps, and a reusable format they can run across communities.

Leading Safely

Our worksheets equip our clients with practical tools to identify risks, clarify responsibilities and make informed decisions. With clear directives and support to formulate a comprehensive action plan.

We make risk management easy to understand with no prior experience required. Through real community examples, simple templates, and clear visuals, we break it down into practical, easy-to-grasp steps.

We keep workshops lively and useful. A mix of expert tips, solo thinking time, and group chats keeps everyone engaged and breaks make sure brains don’t overheat.
