Who does what in cybersecurity governance? Decide, debate, and find out. Cybersecurity Architecture & Governance - The Game is a card-based learning game that helps players understand who actually does what in national and international cybersecurity architectures.

Our expert facilitators are certified by us to run the game, lead the discussion and share their expertise and insights along the way. They combine cybersecurity expertise with hands-on experience in policy, governance, and are coached to facilitate an engaging exercise environment.

We tailor the session to your audience and help participants explore roles, responsibilities, and coordination in cybersecurity through engaging gameplay and structured reflection.

Just send us a few details about your event — when, where, and with whom — and we will suggest a facilitation setup that fits.

Reviews

“The seminar participants gave consistently positive feedback on the content, insights, and key takeaways from the training. Julia’s engaging and authentic facilitation provided them with invaluable insight into the complex interactions between the various stakeholders, the regulatory landscape, and the importance of effective communication during incidents.

"The Policy Exercise Workshop at the Cyber Policy House was an extremely valuable experience for us as youth officers of the German Armed Forces. Working with Annika was both pleasant and highly rewarding – her open, friendly, and professional manner created an atmosphere that encouraged exchange and active engagement. The interactive exercise provided concise yet insightful perspectives on cyber security and, in particular, on the importance of civil–military cooperation beyond the Cyber and Information Domain Command. It clearly illustrated that modern defence is more than a purely military task and relies on effective networking across civilian and military domains. Thank you for this enriching collaboration and the excellent workshop.”

“Another edition of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) and Lodz Cyber Hub “Cybersecurity and International Law” course has come to an end. A unique highlight was our very own International Law Edition of the Cyber Governance Game, skilfully designed and led by the ever-excellent Julia Schuetze. Developed by Cyber Policy Haus, the simulation challenged participants to take on institutional roles and negotiate responses to complex cyber incidents. We managed to turn what many consider a “serious” international law course into an engaging and genuinely enjoyable game. Congratulations to first ever "International Law and Cybersecurity" game edition winners!” From LinkedIn
